Vintage PITTSBURGH PAINTS ADVERTISING GLASS BANK - Damage. The glass bank is damaged on top (see photos). It is 3 1/4” tall and clear. It is block shaped and embossed. One side IS EMBOSSED SAVE WITH PITTSBURGH PAINTS SMOOTH AS GLASS. The other side is embossed with a smiling sun. It has not been cleaned and is being sold as is as found.
