    Description

    This paint brush is named Shirley. I think that's pretty kool, I name my tools, my 4 foot level is named sister Klinky. I don't know why it is bound it leather, I think it is called a bridge brush. I also don't know what Neoceta means, maybe it's Shirley's last name. It appears that maybe it was used but cleaned real good afterwards, it is a 4" brush. Now that I'm looking at it closer, I don't think it ever was used. I hope someone can use it. Thanks for looking.
