You are looking at a VINTAGE GLASS DRESSER / VANITY MIRROR.  It is possible that this piece has been handmade using a nicely etched piece of glass and 2 decorative glass handles. There are no noticeable flaws.
The piece measures approx. 19" long x 9" wide x .5" high.  The base of the mirror is also glass with felt covering it all to prevent damage.
The 2 handles are more elaborately detailed, but still clear glass.  The result is a unique piece perfect for use on a dresser, vanity, or table.
