This Item is a Vintage Fisher-Price Pull Toy from 1967 named "Teddy" a Bear playing a musical instrument as He is moved along.
He is about 9 inches tall by about 9 inches long by about 6 inches wide at the front wheels.
He has a light yellow plastic pull cord that is about 30 inches long with a button on the end.
He is Very Clean and in Excellent Condition;... especially since He is about 53 years old.
I would say "Collector Condition"
