Vintage Cook Paint & Varnish Can Medium Silver Tinsel Sunbrite Kansas City Mo. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
Paper label over tin.  Black paper with gold lettering shows some wear and is very difficult to photo.  Still is part full of powder when shaken.  I didn't try to open it.  Rust on the bottom and top.  Paper label has a few small tears along the edges.  Bottom rim has tar like hard goo on it.
See all photos.  Measures 3-3/4 inches tall and 3-1/4 inches across the bottom.
Not sure of age but label appears to be an early one.
