Vintage BPS China-Lac Mailing Card Marshall & Chipman Georgetown, DE.

Description

Dating from around 1920, this mailing card from Marshall & Chipman, a wall paper and paint shop in Georgetown, DE. advertises BPS China-Lac, a combined varnish and stain product, includes a color chart, and a how to on faux wood grain decorating.  The back cover is decorated with an image of a lady applying a coat of finish to a chair.  Folded the flyer measures 6 1/4 in. tall by 3 5/8 in. wide and is in fair condition with some paint drips on the covers, a half inch tear on the top edge, surface, edge, and corner wear, minor soiling, and some discoloration.
