This jug of Pure Maple Syrup is made right here at Three Creeks Farm from our own sugarbush on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains.  This syrup contains nothing but the pure sap from Hard Sugar Maples that has been boiled down in the traditional manner on a wood fired evaporator.  Just to make one gallon takes over 40 gallons of maple sap.
