Soy Chunks also called Textured Soy Protein (TSP), Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP). It is a vegan alternative to beef, pork or chicken. These are unflavoured dry soy chunks. There is no added colour or flavour
to these chunks which makes it very easy to use in any dish you like and it will take the flavour of that dish.

HOW TO PREPARE?
To use Textured Soy Protein, You need to rehydrate the protein in hot water with Little salt for 8-10 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water and use this Textured Soy Protein to replace meat in any recipe. After rehydration, it can be stored for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
After rehydration, volume of chunks increases by 1.5-2 times.
Soy chunks are made from de-fatted soy flour that is compressed and processed into granules or chunks. During this process, the structure of the soy proteins changes in fibers. It is used by the food industry in many foods products that resemble meat.
