Ingredients:
Textured Soya Protein (Defatted)
Defatted High Protein Soya Flour
Flavors Mix Sachet:
Curry Powder, Salt, Sugar, Nature – Identical (Chicken) Flavors, Corn Starch, yeast Extract, Citric Acid (330)
Method of Preparation:
Soak Lanka soy TSP Nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze thoroughly.
Add flavor mix and let it marinate for 3 minutes. Heat oil (9ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic, rampe, curry leaves, onions and green chilies.
Add marinated Lanka soy TSP nuggets and temper for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup (200ml) of water.
Add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
