Ingredients :
Textured soya protein( defatted)
Defatted high protein soya flour.
Flavour mix sachet :
Curry powder, salt, soya sauce powder, sugar, natural identical( chicken) flavour, citric acid(330),
Corn starch, yeast extract
Method of preparation :
Soak chicken TSP nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water. Wash with cold water and squeeze thoroughly and put into a pot. Add flavour mix and mix with soaked chicken  TSP nuggets. Add 1 cup (200 ml) of water and mix well. Cook at low fire. Add tempered (with 9 ml of oil) ginger, garlic, rampe, curry leaves, onions, and green chillies.
