Picture and sound is very good. What you see in the picture is the item we have for sale. All surplus electronic equipment are 'SOLD AS IS'. 'AS IS' items do not come with manufacturer's warranty. If item is found defective or missing parts, it will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Note: If item is damaged in shipping, we MUST receive pictures of damaged box and item first, before returning the item for a possible refund.
