The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ TN disc provides light grinding and blending with a single disc. The ceramic aluminum oxide abrasive blend yields a burr-free finish. The disc also achieves a high cut-rate for optimal weld grinding and blending in mild steel applications. Effectively blends and refines a grade 36 scratch or finer. It can help to prepare surfaces for painting, especially where a 3 mil or greater paint thickness is being applied. Helps with moderate to heavy stock removal. The ceramic aluminum oxide abrasive blend is designed to enhance toughness and hardness of the grain while cutting fast and withstanding intense heat and stress applications.
