With bare wood, smooth workpiece with conventional sandpaper, then wet sand with increasingly finer grit Micro-Mesh to remove even the smallest imperfections.
Sand between multiple coats before recoating. For final finish coat proceed with finer grits until desired gloss is achieved.
For best results, use wet - can be cleaned with water.
