Defatted Soya Flour, Water
Ingredients of Flavour Sachet
Corn Flour, Chilies, Vegetable oil, Sugar, Garlic, Onion, Salt, Natural Chicken Flavour, Flavour Enhancer Used (Mono Sodium Glutamate (INS 621)).
Ingredients of Sauce Sachet
Soya Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Fish Sauce, Modified Strach (INS 1402)
Preparation
Boil the soya in water, add salt and squeeze out the excess water. Put oil into a pan and temper adding garlic and ginger. Add the soya when garlic is gold colour. When the soya is well tempered, increase the heat and add the chicken flavouring mix in the transparent sachet and mix well. Add one cup of water and the sauce in the aluminum pack and mix thoroughly, letting it simmer until the gravy is quite thick. Now it is ready for tasting. Raigam chicken soya devel is ideal as bite when you are in high spirits.
