Hello!
This is a color brochure advertising Pittsburgh Paints. It measures about 8 x 10" and is 40 pages long, including the cover. This is printed on glossy magazine paper with the interior and the cover stapled separately.
This dates to the pre-zip code era, probably around 1960.
The cover shows moderate creasing and dirt with a stain on the back. There are stress lines and wear at the spine. The corners are a bit dog-eared and curl up a bit. The interior pages are lightly tanned. The inside back cover shows foxing at the bottom near the spine.
