Ingredients:
Defatted High Protein Soya Flour.
Textured Soya Protein (Defatted).
Flavour Mix Sachet: Curry Powder, Salt, Sugar, Nature-Identical(Chicken)Flavour, Corn Starch, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid(330).
Making Method,
Lanka Soy nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze thoroughly.
Add Flavour mix and let it marinate for 3 minutes.
Heat Oil and temper ground ginger and garlic, rampe, curry leaves, Onions and Green chillies.
Add marinated lanka soy nuggets and temper for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup(200ml) of water and add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
