Method of preparation
Soak Lanka soy TSP Nuggets in salted hot water for 5 minutes. Strain water and wash with cold water and squeeze thoroughly. Add flavor mix and let it marinate for 3 mins. Heat oil and temper ginger and garlic, rampe, onion, curry leaves and green chilies. Then add marinated soy nuggets and temper 3 mins. Add 200ml water and simmer 3 mins.< can add tamarind and tomatoes>
