METHOD OF PREPARATION
Soak soya TSP Nuggets in salted hot water for 10 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze TSP Nuggets thoroughly.
Add flavour mix (flavour mix sachet included in soya packet) and let it marinate 3 minutes.
Heat oil (10ml) and temper ground ginger, rampe, curry leaves, onions, green chillies and garlic.
Add marinated TSP Nuggets and temper for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup (200ml) of coconut milk.
Add tamarind or tomatoes and cook at low fire.
