How to prepare?
1.Soyain salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
2.Washwith cold water and squeeze soya thoroughly.
3.Addflavor mix (flavor mix sachet included in soya packet) and let it maintain 3minutes.
4.Heatoil (10ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic, pandan, curry leaves, onion sand green chilies.
5.Addmarinated soya and temper for 3 minutes.
6.Add1 cup of water (200ml) and add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
