Kulicke & Soffa K&S 1484 Wire Bonder

The pictures are of the actual item being sold. There is extensive rusting across the whole system. The mainframe cards are there, but we couldn't get any type of function out of the system as we lacked the ability to power it. This system is offered here for parts only with no warranty towards function.
