This unit was tested and found to be in good working order. No power supply is included but that cable seems to be quite common. You may have an extra lying around. I primarily ship with US Postal Service, but I may occasionally ship with Fed Ex. Generally, I ship within

of receipt of payment, but this is dependant on the shipping carrier and weekend/holidays. (I do my best, but please keep in mind that I have to work around my own schedule and post office hours).
