Fabulous Vintage 1941 New Jersey License Plate - Easily Restorable - LOOK!!!!!

This plate is definitely restorable . It does have some rust so this needs some attention soon. It also has some issues with the lower hole on the right side. Mouse over and you can see it all more clearly. Fabulous collectible project!!!!! I will send you an email at the end of the auction to confirm the address ebay will give me.
