Ingredients
Defatted Soya Flour, Coriander, Cumin Seed, Natural Identical Roasted Chicken Flavour, Fennel Seed, Chilli, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Methi Seed, Cinnamon, Garlic, Mustard, Cloves, Cardamom, Screw Pine Leaves, Curry Leaves, Lemon Grass, Pepper, Turmeric, Mace, Nutmeg, Ginger.
Preparation
Soak Soya Meat pieces in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out water. Mix Sachet content with Soya Meat and keep 3-4 minutes. Temper Garlic, Curry Leaves, Pandan, Green Chilli, Tomato, Ginger and Onion. Add Soya Meat and cook for 3 minutes. Add one cup of water or Coconut milk and cook for 5-7 minutes, add salt to taste.
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool and dry place away from insects.
