Chicken Korma soya1. Soak Freelan Chicken Korma soya nuggets in salted hot water for 10 minutes
2. Strain away excess water and wash with cold water. Remove excess water by squeezing thoroughly.
3. Melt 4 to 5 table spoon of Margarine or Oil and fry soya nuggets till golden brown (Deep fry Freelan Chicken Korma Soya Nuggets for better taste) Add Rampe, Karapincha, Ginger and Garlic, and temper with soya nuggets. Add some oil or Margarine if you need.
Add 4. Add Freelan Chicken Korma Mix given in sachet pack to above and temper well at low fire.
5. Mix 1 table spoon of Milk Powder with ½ tea cup of water separately and add to tempered curry.
6. Add Salt, Pepper and Chili powder (optional) to taste and simmer
7. Add boiled, sliced Potato and Carrots (Add boiled green peas if you require) and tomato as you required. Simmer for a few minutes.
8. Finally add 1-2 table spoons of Curd or Yoghurt and mix well. Take off from fire and serve warm. ( For better taste add Coriander leaves)
