Ingredients
Textured Soya Protein (Defatted):Defatted High Protein Soya Flour.
Flavour Mix Sachet : Curry Powder, Nature - Indentical (Chicken) Flavour.
Method Of Preparation
Soak Lankasoy TSP Nuggets in salted hot water for 5 min. & strain away the excess water. Wash with cold water and squeeze Lankasoy TSP Nuggets thoroughly. Add flavour mix & let it marinate for 3 min. Heat oil (10 ml) & temper ground grinder and garlic, rampe , curry leaves ,onions & green chillies. Add marinated Lankasoy TSP Nuggets & Temper for 3 min. Add 01 cup     (200 ml) of water. Add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 min.
