Ingredients
Textured soya Protein (Defatted) :
Defatted High Protein Soya Flour.
Flavor Mix Sachet: Curry Powder,
Nature-Identical (Chicken) Flavor ,Yeast Extract.
Tomato Sauce Sachet: Water, Tomato Paste, Sugar, Modified Starch (1442), Iodized Salt, Acetic acid (260),Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Permitted Preservative (Potassium Sorbate(202)),Ascorbic Acid(300).

How to prepare
Soya in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze soya thoroughly.
Add flavor mix (flavor mix sachet included in soya packet) and let it maintain 3 minutes.
Heat oil (10ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic, rampa , curry leaves, onions and green chilies.
Add marinated soya and temper for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water (200ml) and add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
