All items are in used played with condition this outfit smelled a little funny in the plastic smelled like it was in a storage unit I have cleaned and disinfected this item off you are sensitive or allergic to cleaner or a fragrance of cleaner please do not by this lot I used a lot of cleaner on the item and it may be harmful to someone who is allergic or sensitive to the smells or handling the item .The boots had a mark on them i pointed this out in pictures the rain coat was never used because the sting keeps it from being used on a doll I did not see any holes or tears on any items umbrella works good item comes from a smoke free home please remember I used more then the usual cleaner to clean these items to get rig of the smell I cannot smell anything but cleaner now and this may not be good for someone who does not like fragrance cleaner or somone who is sensitive or allergic to cleaner
