Good, early occupational business card, that of J.W. Ramage, who was a paper hanger, grainer and kalsominer from Hinkletown, PA. Kalsominers applied a wash to plastered walls to prepare them for painting, or in place of painting. Hinkletown is in Lancaster County. 2 1/4" X 3 5/8"
