The frameset is in very good conditions. I rarely rode the bike, probably less than a handful times a year. There was a “XL Titanium” sticker on drive side of the top tube close to seat tube. The sticker was very thick sticky plastics and began to fade to yellow color over the years. The sticker was removed about 6-7 years ago and left residues on the back end of top tube, also bit into the clear coat, and left some rough surface. No paint color damage. See last picture for details. The same type of plastic is also on chain stays as chain stay protector, it is still there on the frame and became yellowish color.
Bianchi’s "XL Concept" models started in 1999/2000 model years covered its Boron steel, high end Dedacciai XL EV2 aluminum and this Titanium models. Marco Pantani rode the XL EV2 aluminum models. The XL Titanium frames were produced from 2000 to 2002. They all had different paint schemes. This is 2002 model. Most of the Bianchi Titanium models are titanium metallic with clear coat. Celeste color paint is an expensive option because it is difficult to paint color on Titanium frame, the frame has to be surface treated before applying paint.
2003 model is “XL EV Titanium”.
    2004-2005 “EV Titanium”
2006-2007 “S9 Matta Titanium Carbon” with Carbon seatstays
2008-2009 “S9 Matta Titanium Lite”. Full Titanium frame.
