    Description

    This recipe kit is a historical remnant of the 19th c. Baltic trade in imperial stouts. This porter is strong, sweet and malty with hints of toasted grain. It may lack the powerful roast of an Imperial Stout, but it has an intense malt character and moderate strong alcohol. Though Baltic Porters are typically lagers, this is the ale version.
