    Unique Item! 14.5 inches wide and  3.5 inches high. All steel. This was a promotional item that was given to wallpaper hangers, and it was used to stir up the old flour base wallpaper paste. The only mention I find of the company is an ad in a 1918 Painter's Magazine. The company probably was a victim of the depression.
