    estate item, as shown, from the estate of a 90 year collector and master machinist.  clearly never used, probably bought as a sample at some trade show, but I don't know that for sure - there is no wear on the jaws, no evidence that it was ever mounted.  it sat on a shelf and accumulated dust and a little bit of surface staining as you can see, I cleaned it up quickly with a brush and an eraser so it would look nicer in the photo (dust and stuff makes an item look much worse than reality) - this is really a nice condition chuck ready to use, just machine your baking plate (or buy one) and it's good to go.
    I normally ship within 24 hours of your order, but the post office does not always initiate tracking when I put the packages in the drop off box.
