About SOYA:-
Soya Meat is a defatted soy flour product, a by -product of extracting soybean oil. It is quick to cook, with a protein content comparable to certain meats.
Methods of preparation :-
Soya in salted hot water for 5 minutes and strain away the excess water.
Wash with cold water and squeeze soya thoroughly.
Add flour mix (flavor mix sachet included in soya packet) and let it maintain 3 minutes.
Heat oil ( 10ml) and temper ground ginger and garlic,rampe,curry leaves,onions and green chilies.
Add marinated soya and temper for 3 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water ( 200ml) and add tamarind or tomatoes and simmer for 3 minutes.
Now you can taste soya meat with you like any food.
